Currently, Tendam works with suppliers from 50 countries, to manufacture garments and all types of products and services in the countries where the company operates directly.

The company bases its selection of suppliers on three pillars: transparency, equal opportunities and mutual interest. Choosing suppliers is an intensive process that involves researching and evaluating them according to quality standards, product, production capacity and social aspects.

The Third Party Due Diligence Group (TDDG) carries out review and control processes for certain markets, customers and suppliers based on certain risk criteria. Country risk exposure is monitored and those controls
required by third parties (suppliers or franchisees) are evaluated based on their specific circumstances due to the critical nature of the operations.

Communication with the supplier must be done in a direct and transparent way, both during the contracting phase and when services are provided.

External Code of Conduct

In line with its values and commitments regarding ethical and responsible behaviour, the company extends accountability to its supply chain through the External Code of Conduct.

The ultimate goal of this Code is to include respect for Human Rights in all parts of the supply chain.
