• Ten new stores from Tendam’s pioneering brand will be present in the towns of Athlone, Ballina, Carlow, Castlebar, Fermoy, Limerick, Portlaoise, Tralee, Waterford, and Wexford
  • The brand is launching its new Loft store concept in all Irish locations

Tendam, one of Europe’s leading omnichannel groups in the specialty fashion sector, has opened ten points of sale in Ireland. Cortefiel makes a strong entry with the launch of these 10 shop-in-shops in the well-known Shaw’s department stores, which specialize in women’s fashion and where the spring-summer collection has been introduced.

Shaw’s department stores are a trusted destination for Irish customers thanks to their quality, value, and exceptional service, with locations in 16 cities across the island. Cortefiel’s commercial offering will be available in Athlone, Ballina, Carlow, Castlebar, Fermoy, Limerick, Portlaoise, Tralee, Waterford, and Wexford. Together, these locations will provide over 600 square meters of retail space.

The new Loft visual store concept has been designed to showcase the collections in their entirety and to offer styling options through flexible furnishings. It conveys a sense of spaciousness using stone-like materials and natural woods, adding contrast to the minimalist lines of the overall design.

Cortefiel continues its international expansion, adding ten more stores to its existing 246 points of sale across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. This move also strengthens Tendam’s iconic brand presence in Europe and marks its entry into the Anglo-Saxon market.

The brand was introduced at a major event on April 30, attended by local fashion press and influencers who had the opportunity to preview the collections firsthand.

With this expansion, Tendam now operates 32 physical retail spaces in the Republic of Ireland: 15 Springfield stores, 10 Cortefiel stores, and 7 Women’secret locations, in addition to the online shops of all three brands.
