Twelve emblematic private label brands that are our customers’ companions throughout their lives: Women’secret, Springfield, Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Hoss Intropia, Slowlove, High Spirits, Dash and Stars, OOTO, HI&BYE, Milano, and Fifty.

We generate synergies with over 185 third-party brands marketed on our multi-brand omni-channel platform.

We believe in brick-and-mortar closely bound up with e-commerce.
We are present at over 1,800 points of sale in nearly 80 countries on 4 continents.

Logistics

The company’s logistics operations are powered by a strategic network of five distribution centers across three key global locations. With a primary focus on Spain, which accounts for 92% of total logistical capacity, this infrastructure provides seamless support for both online and offline channels.

This network enables agile and efficient management of international operations and all sales channels under an omnichannel logistics model. In a demonstration of our integrated inventory vision, approximately 15% of online orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from physical stores. Our centers receive merchandise from suppliers, manage processing and packaging, and distribute products to company-owned stores, franchises, and e-commerce customers. 

Aranjuez

In Spain, the Aranjuez center, spanning 100,000 m², serves as the central hub of our logistics network. It is certified as an Authorized Economic Operator by the Tax Agency and functions as a bonded warehouse. The facility operates with a strong emphasis on cross-docking to minimize lead times and operational costs. 

Illescas

Por su parte, el nuevo centro omnicanal de Illescas, con 82.649 m² de superficie, refuerza la red con altos estándares de eficiencia, tecnología y sostenibilidad. Este centro cuenta con la certificación LEED Platinum, que avala su bajo impacto ambiental, integra la gestión de pedidos de todos los canales. Especializado en operaciones online, sustituye a los antiguos centros dedicados exclusivamente al e-commerce.

Hong Kong & Mexico

On an international level, our Hong Kong center 2,400 m² centralizes merchandise intake from Asia for global distribution to franchisees. Meanwhile, our Mexico center, totaling 6,100 m² including e-commerce operations, supplies stores throughout the Americas. These regional hubs allow us to optimize logistics routes, reduce transit distances, and lower the environmental impact associated with global transportation.
