Jaume Miquel Naudí
Chairman since June 2019 and CEO since August 2016
He served as managing director for the Cortefiel and Pedro del Hierro (2015) and Women’secret (2006) brands. Before that, he held leadership roles at Timberland, Dockers, and Levi Strauss, and others.
He has a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Barcelona and has taken a Business Management Development programme at the IESE.
Federico Conchillo Armendáriz
Partner at Abac Capital and from 2007 to January 2019, he was a partner at PAI Partners
He began his professional career at Boston Consulting Group and later worked at Merrill Lynch. He studied Applied Economics at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium and has an MBA from the University of Chicago GSB.
Álvaro Sendagorta Cudós

Investment Manager at CVC. Before joining the Company in 2015, he worked at McKinsey & Co. for four years. He has a degree in Aeronautics and Space Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Laura Muries Fenoll
Partner of PAI and joined the company in 2007
She began her career at the Banking and Investment Department of Merrill Lynch in Madrid. She has a degree in Business Administration and Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

He is a partner at CVC and joined the company in 2000. Before joining CVC, he worked at Paribas. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the ICAI Technical Engineering School and an MBA from the IESE (Barcelona).
Julie Gautier

She joined the company in 2021 as a member of the Consumer Goods team. She began her career at the Messier Maris & Associés investment bank in Paris and subsequently joined the French food distributor Casino Group as M&A Director. She earned a degree in Finance from Sciences Po de Paris in 2009.
Marta Martínez Alonso
Proprietary director for Theatre Directorship Services Alpha, S.A.R.L.
Senior advisor at CVC. Until March 2022 she was General Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at IBM and before that she was President for Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Israel for eight years. Until 2002 she held various senior positions at Hewlett Packard. She has a degree in Mathematics from the Complutense University of Madrid and the SMP from the IESE.

Secretary (non-director) of our Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Sustainability Committee since 2018. She previously served as General Secretary and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Prosegur Cash and was a senior associate at Clifford Chance LLP.
She holds a degree in Law from the UAM and a postgraduate degree in International Law from the Bucerius University of Hamburg.

Chairman and CEO of Tendam, he has led the transformation of the former Grupo Cortefiel into what Tendam is today: a unique omnichannel ecosystem that seamlessly integrates digital and brick-and-mortar shops, with data analytics at its core and more than 40 million members in its loyalty clubs.
He headed Women’secret for ten years, overlapping with his position as head of the Cortefiel and Pedro del Hierro brands. Previously, he was responsible for Southern Europe at Timberland and a member of its European Management Committee and Director of Communications for Europe at Dockers.
He has a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Barcelona and has taken the IESE Business Management Development programme.

He joined the company as General Manager of Development, Finance, and Control in 2016. He previously worked in a series of leadership positions at the LVMH Group for 20 years. He was a member of the executive committee at Loewe, Co-Gerant (director) at LVMH Fashion Group France, and a member of the board of directors at legal entities owned by Loewe in several countries in Europe and Asia. Before joining Loewe, he was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Parfums Givenchy.
Manuel Serrano has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Law, both from ICADE, and the AMP from Harvard Business School.

Supply Chain and Operations General Manager
He joined us as Supply Chain and IT General Manager in January 2016 and is currently our Chief Operations Officer. He was Supply Chain Manager at Desigual for five years. Before joining Desigual, Jiménez worked at different consumer goods companies, chiefly at Danone, where he held various positions in the operations department both in Spain and in France.
Jiménez has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya and completed the EDP at the University of Navarre (IESE).

He joined Tendam as Chief Customer Officer in January 2018, leading the areas of e-commerce, loyalty clubs, customer service, market research, and data analytics. Before joining Tendam, Esquivias worked for 19 years at The Boston Consulting Group, successively at the Madrid, New York, and London offices.
Pedro Esquivias is a non-executive director at Motocard and Assistant Lecturer of Marketing at the Business School. He has a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and Middlesex Business School and an MBA from Harvard University.

Ms. Mar Oña currently serves as our Chief Legal Officer and as Secretary (non-director) of our Board of Directors, is the Secretary of our Audit and Risk Committee, our Appointments and Remuneration Committee and our Sustainability Commitee. She joined our Group as Chief Legal Officer in 2018. Before joining, she served as General Counsel and Board Secretary at Prosegur Cash. Prior to this, she was a senior associate at Clifford Chance LLP.
Ms. Mar Oña holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Post-graduate Degree in International Law from Bucerius Law School of Hamburg in Germany. She has also lectured on International Private Law at Universidad Castilla La Mancha.

He joined Tendam as Chief Retail Officer in May 2023. Before joining the company, Figar worked at other large fashion groups such as Inditex and the All We Wear Group. At Inditex he held various positions in the UK and Ireland and was subsequently appointed General Manager for Italy.
Figar began his career in Corporate Finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has a dual degree in Business Management and Law from ICADE and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

General Manager of Women’secret, Dash and Stars, and HI&BYE
Specialist Segment General Manager. She joined Women’secret in 1996, initially working as a Women’secret shop manager, after which she was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and then Sales Director. In 2004 she was appointed COO of Women’secret, a position she held until she became the brand’s CEO.
Romeo holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management from ESIC.

General Manager of the Youth Segment from September 2023. Previously, he was Purchasing and Design Director at Cortefiel Woman, Hoss Intropia, and Slowlove. Since joining Tendam in 2012, he has held other positions in the Group, for instance, Senior Buyer at Springfield Woman and Purchasing Director at Cortefiel Woman. Before joining our Group, he was Sales Director at L’Oréal Paris España, which he joined in 2004.
Domínguez has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid and postgraduate training in Spain and France.

Managing Director of the Adult Segment, she has been with our Group since 2017. Ms. Castellvi-Dépéé has held sales leadership roles at such US companies as American Eagle, Claire’s, Dockers, and Levi Strauss. She specialises in clothing and fashion accessories and has more than 20 years’ experience in the retail sector, both in Europe and in the United States.
Marie is a graduate of IFAM, a Business school in Paris, and also has a BBA from the University of Hartford (Connecticut) and an MBA from Schiller University (London).

The Group’s Franchise General Manager since December 2009. Prior to joining our company, he worked as managing director of the fashion group M&P Public Co. Ltd. From 1991 to 2005, he worked in the IT sector.
Kyprianou studied in the UK, where he obtained the BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance and subsequently graduated from the Hastings School of Management with a Higher Diploma in Marketing & Management as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Middlesex Polytechnic in London.
Ramón Amorós

HR General Manager
He joined our company as General Manager, Human Resources in April 2017. From 2008 to 2017 Amorós was HR Director at Pepe Jeans Group and created the International HR Department in India with more than 1,000 employees. Before joining the Pepe Jeans Group, he worked as Group Human Resources Director at Pronovias and was involved in the company’s expansion into the United Kingdom and the United States.
Ramón Amorós has a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, an MBA in Human Resources from the EADA Business School, and an EDP from the IESE Business School.
Delegated Committees
Tendam’s corporate governance structure consists of bodies that perform the functions of management, supervision, and control. The Board of Directors has three advisory committees to ensure its proper functioning.
Audit and Risk Committee
Oversees the preparation and submission of financial information, monitors compliance with legal requirements, and supervises and evaluates the company’s risk management and corporate governance systems.
It also oversees the Internal Audit function and the Ethics Committee.
Appointments and Remuneration Committee
Establishes and reviews the criteria to be followed in setting remuneration for directors and the members of the Group’s management team.
Sustainability Committee
Oversees the company’s ESG and sustainability policy and supervises the preparation of non-financial information in this respect.
