Women’secret presented its new Summer 2026 Swimwear collection, “Beach Summer Club”, during the 30th edition of Gran Canaria Swim Week (GCSW), a milestone anniversary marked by significant strategic changes to strengthen its position as Europe’s leading swimwear runway.

This edition featured 31 shows from 41 brands (mainly from the Canary Islands, alongside national and international labels), including Women’secret (Tendam), which showcased its collection at the new outdoor venue at Perchel Beach Club. The show featured international models Lorena Durán and Desiré Cordero, alongside a refreshed casting presented by the runway this year.

The collection was presented through a bright and colourful staging, highlighting key pieces that reinforce swimwear as a form of personal expression, with versatile, comfortable designs aligned with current trends.

Designed to connect with a younger audience, the runway featured proposals inspired by trends dominating social media, such as bold stripes, geometric and daring prints, neon colours, shiny finishes and innovative textures.

New silhouettes stand out, defining a fresh and contemporary collection, including balconette bikinis, swimsuits with cut-outs and higher-cut bikini bottoms. In contrast, for more elegant moments, a Black & White capsule was introduced, offering clean lines and a sophisticated, timeless feel.

The swimwear show was complemented by a curated selection of beachwear pieces in linen with vibrant tones, striped wide-brim hats, crochet garments and bags, as well as various accessories that strengthen the brand’s connection with a younger audience.

With these proposals, Women’secret’s Design Director Nuria Dias aimed to surprise with a mix of colours, stripes, prints, textures and transparencies: “This summer, our swimwear collection is an explosion of colour, textures and on-trend prints. It is designed for women looking for bold fashion and patterns, while still including our most sophisticated and iconic/timeless pieces for more mature women who also want to stay on trend,” said Dias.

Women’secret’s presence in this edition of GCSW highlights its role as a key international platform for swimwear fashion, reinforcing its commercial drive and global reach. Its alliance with the British Fashion Council, along with new agreements with other international entities, further strengthens the global positioning of the swimwear runway.
