The Teatro Real in Madrid hosted the Best Company for All Talent 2026 Gala yesterday, organized by Equipos&Talento, where the companies most committed to the management, integration, and development of all their talent were recognized.
The Best Company for All Talent 2026 awards were presented to the companies that achieved the required score in a demanding 90-question survey, including Tendam.
Analysis of the Best Company for All Talent 2026 questionnaire results shows positive progress across several key metrics, reinforcing an upward trend towards more inclusive companies and positioning award-winning organizations as leaders in Spain in this regard.
For example, while in Spain most companies required to comply with the General Disability Law do not reach the necessary 2% threshold—combining direct employment and alternative measures—among companies recognized as Best Company for All Talent, 77.57% met this requirement in 2025, increasing to 80.67% in 2026.
Similarly, Best Company for All Talent 2026 companies show a growing trend towards more balanced executive committees and senior leadership positions in terms of gender.
The Gala also highlighted that, while society has progressed in encouraging STEM vocations among young women—with 52% of the awarded companies sponsoring programs aimed at this goal—Spain still faces another major challenge: a significantly higher rate of early school dropout among boys compared to girls. This situation has led in recent years to a growing gap between the percentage of female and male university graduates.
This event, organized by Equipos&Talento, a leading HR-focused media outlet in Spain, celebrates the commitment of companies that integrate, develop, and empower all their talent. This approach not only strengthens the present and future of organizations, but also brings a more human dimension to both companies and society.
