The Best Company for All Talent 2026 awards were presented to the companies that achieved the required score in a demanding 90-question survey, including Tendam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Analysis of the Best Company for All Talent 2026 questionnaire results shows positive progress across several key metrics, reinforcing an upward trend towards more inclusive companies and positioning award-winning organizations as leaders in Spain in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, while in Spain most companies required to comply with the General Disability Law do not reach the necessary 2% threshold\u2014combining direct employment and alternative measures\u2014among companies recognized as Best Company for All Talent, 77.57% met this requirement in 2025, increasing to 80.67% in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Similarly, Best Company for All Talent 2026 companies show a growing trend towards more balanced executive committees and senior leadership positions in terms of gender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Gala also highlighted that, while society has progressed in encouraging STEM vocations among young women\u2014with 52% of the awarded companies sponsoring programs aimed at this goal\u2014Spain still faces another major challenge: a significantly higher rate of early school dropout among boys compared to girls.
